The versatile Hot Five have the ability to adapt to any event and bring your special occasion to life. Maintaining the authentic sound of the Hot Seven, it uses two front line instruments, a great option for those on a smaller budget.

The Hot Five is a versatile group and really strike the balance between foreground and background music. A very popular choice for the wedding or garden party, creating a traditional sound, entertaining guests as they arrive and throughout the reception and buffet. To keep it mobile, Silk Street recommend the use of the trombone instead of the drums, adding more brass to the front line.

The group have performed at many events including performances for Robert E. Smith of the 80′s band ‘The Cure’, large corporations such as Somerfields and have opened the Hampton Court Flower Show Gala 2008.
