We collect information about you when you make an enquiry with us via email or telephone, complete a contact form on our website or place an order for our services.   • Financial Regulators |  HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as Processors based in the UK require certain reporting on our business activities.
  • Third Party Providers | acting as Processors based in the United Kingdom, in (or outside) the European Economic Area who provide IT and system administration services.
  • Professional advisers | acting as Processors including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide consultancy, banking, legal, accounting and insurance services.

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

In processing your order, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.

Silk Street Music Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Silk Street Group.

Silk Street Music Ltd does not store your financial information (including debit and credit card details) under any circumstance. This includes payments made over the telephone or over the internet.

Access To Your Information & Correction – No fee required (with some exceptions)
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
