Step 1: Get in touch and tell us what you want

We can match our entertainment to the theme and size of your event, whether you’re looking for something intimate during the ceremony or crowd-pleasing for the reception.

Step 2: Provide the essential info

Once you’ve chosen an act, we need to know the details of your big day.

We can provide the best entertainment options right away once we know more about the venue, date, and time. Some acts need more space than others – some need a stage, and some can perform virtually anywhere. We can also take care of the necessary safety certificates, conduct site visits, and communicate with venue staff. If you’re still negotiating with different venues, we can make suggestions and help you narrow it down.

It’s important that you know the date and venue before you confirm your booking with Silk Street. If plans change, it can be costly and your favourite act might already be booked!

Step 3: Tell us about your budget

Consider how much you have to spend and we can find an act that fits the bill. We work hard to make sure we have quality acts for every budget. If you’ve got your heart set on a particular act, we can toggle the line-up and locations to try and make it more affordable for you.

For those with a blow-out budget, you can spend your dough on either one big act, or spread your funds out and pay for smaller acts to entertain throughout the day.

Step 4: Book!

When you’ve chosen your perfect entertainment, it’s time confirm the booking! Our concierge service means you don’t have to lift a finger, we do it all for you. Everything can be arranged through our online booking system or over the phone.

To confirm, we’ll ask you to sign a few forms and then put down your deposit. When it’s all sorted, we’ll send a confirmation email so you know your booking is secure. The month before your wedding, we’ll get in touch for a quick chat to confirm the details.
